Come celebrate with people who take Halloween seriously!
Local artists and vendors will have all kinds of unique items from horror masks to voodoo bags to jewelry to one of a kind artwork. Portlandia Fortune Tellers, face painting, and a costume contest will help celebrate the best time of the year…Halloween! Swamp Meet is family friendly.

Costume Contest at 4:00! Scary, funny, original, silly, elaborate, simple…come show off your best costume! After the contest, we will parade down the Midway to display your creativity to all the Oaks Park guests.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place…plus Best Kid’s Costume!

FIND THE CHUPACABRA!
A scary but fun Chupacabra will make its way into a different vendor’s booth each hour during Swamp Meet. Find him and win a prize!(one prize per household).
A photo of the Chupacabra will be posted at the entrance of the event so you can identify him….then the hunt is ON!
HAUNTED SELLWOOD-MORELAND TOUR
After Swamp Meet, join Northwest Ghost Tours for the Haunted Sellwood-Moreland Tour. This 2-hour walking tour beginning at 8pm covers over 20 blocks (1 mile) of the Sellwood-Moreland Neighborhood.
