Local artists and vendors will have all kinds of unique items from horror masks to voodoo bags to jewelry to one of a kind artwork. Portlandia Fortune Tellers, face painting, and a costume contest will help celebrate the best time of the year…Halloween!

COSTUME CONTEST AT 4pm…so dress up! After the costume contest, we will parade down the Midway!
