The history of Halloween Swamp Meet…
In 2019, we ran a booth at the West Coast Haunters Convention and afterwards had items stacked up at home just waiting for a place to sell them. We thought it would be fun to create a one day event to let fellow Halloween lovers see all the great stuff we have to offer. There were so many creative, awesome items and artists at the convention, we thought they needed to be seen by people who would appreciate them. We contacted Oaks Amusement Park (a popular, permanent amusement park in Portland) to see if they would be interested in partnering with us. They were very excited about our idea! And that’s how Swamp Meet was born!
There is no charge to get into Swamp Meet. We want guests to come and enjoy the sights, sounds, and excitement of Halloween. If you have some extra to spend, there are LOTS of vendors in all price ranges to get you ready for the best holiday of all…Halloween!
